I assure you: this is the best moving company in the world. Moving from Switzerland to Netherlands without any problem. I contacted them last minute after I cancel my request with another firm. They immediately helped me. Gave me a move date on the SAME WEEK! That's crazy! They came, pack up every little tiny things I have with extreme care and time-efficiently. I was able to get an answer to each question I have in my mind, immediately. They pick up and delivered on the exact date and time they promised. It was so stress free that I cannot wait to work with them again on my next move!

TEAM Courses International helped us move last month. When packing our white couch, my husband and I were surprised to see a team member roll out the bubble wrap only to step onto it with his boots before laying the piece where he just stepped. Their quote wasn’t the cheapest, but we assumed that professionals would be involved to protect the things that we wanted protected. Upon delivery, the same couch and both leather bed frames had obvious damage (shown in post) at the corners. The members delivering seemed to be both in a rush and somewhat tired for a morning appointment. We witnessed our heavier things dragged and slid into place rather than lifted and set. We called to ask about making a claim and were instructed to not worry and simply take and send them photos within/ no later than ten days, which is exactly what we did. Long story longer, we were denied any reimbursement for NOT SENDING A REGISTERED LETTER WITHIN TEN DAYS. Unfortunately, we just didn’t read the fine print. Always read the fine print.

The Team Courses professionals were punctual hard working, thorough and dedicated both with the packing and wrapping as well as the delivery and unpacking of the furniture and personal items. Everything was in good shape when it arrived 1000 km away. Phillipe went the extra mile to accomodate us when we had a delay in the move and the family owned team members were helpful beyond the -very reasonable- price we paid for our move. We would definitely hire them again!

Our experience with Team Course International, for our move from France to the UK, was exceptional from start to finish. After my initial enquiry, we had one of their representatives at our house to give us a quote within 24 hours. All our questions were answered and they put us completely at ease.  Any subsequent demands or requests we had were always dealt with promptly by their lovely, helpful staff. The move itself, which took place 23rd and 24th December, was quick and efficient. Everything was wrapped and protected and we had every confidence in this hard working and super friendly team. When our furniture arrived in the UK we were once again impressed how everything was put in its place with such speed and care. Nothing was too much trouble and when one of our sofas was found to be too big to go through the front door or windows, they promptly found another solution. We could not recommend this brilliant removal company highly enough. A big thank you to everyone involved for making this experience as stress-free and easy as possible.

I was looking for a door-to-door complete service. Contracting TEAM Courses, even though a bit more expensive than the other companies, was the best decision I could have made. Professional team that took care of everything and went an extra mile just to make sure the whole process goes smoothly. Needles to say I didn't have to do anything. Both packing and unpacking teams (important: both crews are in-house employees!) were extremely polite, helpful and careful with the marchandise. All in all - in very happy with the service.
