SOSH is the low-cost brand of French telecom company Orange. The service is indeed low-cost but the service is low quality too. Their platform is chaotic, full of absurd, useless information, dead links, a stupid robot and a customer service that is lamentable - their 'advisers' are not able to decide anything and they close the discussion thread all the time before you can finish. They do not know their clients. They charge you even before the service is delivered. In brief, there is nothing to expect from such people except the low cost.

Get a mobile phone contract there and you get automatically 2-5 cold calls a day. Happened to me with no other providers before. They definitely sell your numbers to such companies that can‘t get enough of calling you to the most impossible times in the day. Plus, the TV box: Every week the remote needs a new, round, flat battery. So eco-friendly. Never again!

I purchased an Orange Travel eSIM Holiday Package for Spain. The invoice is from Orange Travel in France but was not provided by Orange Spain. I had to purchase a physical SIM card in Spain to get any service and am still waiting for a refund from Orange Travel. Bad product with poor support. In 2022, I had purchased an Orange Travel physical SIM card in France and it worked fine, which was why I trusted Orange Travel for my trip to Spain. I do not recommend purchasing the Orange eSIM product. They do not stand behind it.

Definitely the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Totally lacking in integrity, terrible customer service, they lie when offering their services and abuse consumers who unfortunately fall into their trap. If anyone is considering hiring their services, think about it very well, check their background and feedback, the many complaints they have. We need to raise our voice and let everyone know that what they do is outrageous It is the most frustrating thing I have personally experienced.

Customer service is non-existant, an absolute nightmare. I think it is the Orange clients who are driven to suicide, not the employees. Anyone out there trying to do his or her job? Earth to Orange. The staff was very friendly and professional, otherwise I would have given 0 stars. I went to a shop in Grenbole. The policy of the Orange company is horrible: you can't get a 5G prepaid SIM and the subscription contracts with 5G you can supposedly only get with a French mobile contract. That's very discriminating to foreign visitors or Europeans from other countries and I wish that Orange changes this soon.

Bad bad bad company! Minus 5 stars. No information and already 3 days without internet and telephone. Orange is so incredibly stupid and doesn’t inform you at all. How can they exist????????
