We are very happy with the service we received. They kept in touch with us as the date for our move approached and gave us a price when we made the reservation, which is what we ended up paying. Mikael speaks English well, which made our communications very easy. His team arrived on time, packed everything up and delivered it per our agreement, without damage or lost items. We were not able to do much pre-packing, so they did it all. I am very happy with their service. Highly recommended!

Mikaël and his team helped my husband and I move locally in Paris. We are fairly new to Paris and our French is not great, so we looked for someone who was happy to work with internationals. Mikaël and his team were great and super friendly. They moved our many boxes up a small two person lift to the 5th floor, and we really appreciated their help. Highly recommend to anyone, but especially for English Speaking expats. The price was really competitive, and I stuff was taken excellent care of. Highly recommend.

Mikaël and his team have been a great help for our move from Paris to Netherlands. They helped us getting everything from our apartment on the sixth floor (with an elevator too small for heavy stuff) into our moving van, using their own lift outside. Using disposable packaging materials, everything made it to our new home without a scratch. Besides his moving skills, Mikaël is also very easy to communicate with which is really important when you're discussing a move. If they would work abroad, I would hire them again!

The Best Déménagements team did an excellent job from start to finish. From the initial visit to evaluate what I was moving to boxing, filling the truck and unloading, the team was through and professional. My items were handled carefully and packed quickly. Everything I asked them to move they did well and with a willing heart. Their cost was very fair for the time and work they put into the process. Whenever I will move again there is no question as to whom I will use. (And best of all, Mikael, the owner, speaks English. This made my life so much easier.)
